MEALS Participants will cover breakfast and dinner themselves. We will offer a variety of snacks, teas throughout the weekend and a light meal at lunch time on Friday and Saturday.
This workshop is suited for those who want to explore the practice of Holotropic Breathwork for their own personal development.
It also offers the opportunity to practice the 'role of the sitter' according to the requirements of the Holotropic Breathwork training and, possibly, other psychedelic-assisted therapy trainings.
FORMAT OF THE WORKSHOP
Double workshop: 4 breathwork sessions (2 as breathers and 2 as sitters holding space).
The workshop consists of Holotropic Breathwork sessions with evocative music, bodywork, mandala drawing and group sharing.
* Thursday 02/16/23 (17h-20h): Meditation and opening circle + Introduction to the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork. We will give an overview of Stanislav Grof's life and his map of consciousness based on his work with psychedelic therapies.
* We'll introduce the various elements of Holotropic Breathwork (breath, inner healer, the role of the breather, the role of the sitter, the body work as well as the music and Mandala drawing).
* Friday and Saturday 2/17-18/23 (all day): 2 daily breathwork sessions where each person will breathe and sit once + Sharing circle
* Sunday 2/19/2023 (9am-1pm aprox.) Sharing circle + Practice of integration + Talk on the importance of integration following the work with NOSC (Non Ordinary States of Consciounesss) + Q&A
*** We offer a group online follow-up and integration session once the workshop is finished, which will be carried out via Zomm (dates to be defined)<

COMIDAS: El desayuno y las comidas corren a cuenta de cada persona. El precio incluye snacks, tes e infusiones todo el fin de semana y una comida ligera el viernes y el sábado.
El desayuno y las comidas corren a cuenta de cada persona. Este taller es apto para todas las personas, con experiencia o sin ella, que deseen experimentar la Respiración Holotrópica como herramienta de crecimiento personal.
También puede ofrecer la oportunidad de cumplir con los requisitos experienciales de 'cuidador' para aquellas personas formándose en Respiración Holotrópica o en distintas formaciones de terapias psicodélicas asistidas.
FORMATO DEL TALLER: Taller doble: 4 respiraciones (dos como respirador y dos como cuidador)
El taller consiste en sesiones de Respiración Holotrópica con música, evocativa, trabajo corporal, dibujo de mandala y compartir en grupo.
* Jueves 16/2/23 (17h-20h): Meditación y apertura del taller + Introducción a la teoría y práctica de la Respiración Holotrópica. Durante la didáctica cubriremos la vida y el mapa de la conciencia desarrollado por Stanislav Grof basado en sus trabajo de investigación con terapias psicodélicas. También presentaremos los elementos de la Respiración Holotrópica (la respiración, el sanador interior, el rol del cuidador y del respirador, la música, el trabajo energético corporal y el dibujo de los mandalas).
* Viernes y sábado 17-18/2/23: 2 respiraciones diarias donde cada persona tendrá la oportunidad de respirar y de cuidar + círculo de compartir
* 19/2/2023 (domingo 9am-1pm aprox.) Práctica de Integración + Charla sobre la importancia de la integración después de trabajar con estados ampliados de conciencia + Q&A
*** Ofrecemos una sesión de seguimiento e integración online grupal una vez finalizado el taller, la cual se realizará vía Zomm (fechas a definir)
